Hydraulic actuators type
The hydraulic actuators
are specifically designed for the operation of the quarter-turn valves, like
the butterfly valve, plug valve, and ball valve. Most commonly, the hydraulic
actuators are available at a range of 12800 N.m to work in maximum working
pressure.
The actuators can be controlled using a stationary hand pump or a portable hand pump or the manual hydraulic transmitter using the quick connectors and fitted pipes. Apart from that, the hydraulic actuators can be applied to any place i.e. submerged or dry area or on the deck or in any hazardous area. The hydraulic actuators provide the output torque constantly, so the process can complete its quarter turn.

Hydraulic power unit
A hydraulic power unit is
consisting of an oil reservoir, hydraulic pumps, electric motors, control
panel, and electric and hydraulic components. All of these components are
selected to ensure to meet all the requirements and provide higher reliability.
The power units have been designed for simple arrangements and easy control and
maintenance. The control panel of these hydraulic power units can control the
hydraulic pumps along with the pump section. The system will also keep a tab on
the false alarms, such as pressure, level, and temperature.
To keep the adequate
capacity of the accumulator, the hydraulic power delivers higher pressure than
the predetermined work pressure of the valve control system.
But in some instances, the working pressure of the valve remote control system can be limited by the function of the pressure reduction valves.
The accumulator has 3 major purposes,

between the start and stop of the pumps to compensate for the internal
leakage
